How do we let Milo into the group?
Tap Add Milo, choose your Telegram group and confirm. That’s it. No account, no setup and no treats required.
How do we get Milo’s attention?
Start your message with “Milo” or “Hey Milo,” or reply directly to one of his messages. Otherwise, he’ll stay quietly out of the way. Mostly.
What can Milo actually do?
Milo can answer questions, look things up, compare options, find current places with ratings and opening information, create itineraries with travel times and Google Maps links, handle calculations, organize plans, settle debates, brainstorm ideas, write messages and help with almost anything your group throws at him.
But the fun part comes over time. Milo learns your group lore, keeps inside jokes alive and turns what he knows about the group into funny, shareable moments. Ask Milo for your Group Lore to see how he sees the gang.
Can Milo understand photos and screenshots?
Yes! Send a photo or screenshot with a caption calling Milo and ask him about it. Random images that were not meant for Milo stay ignored, so he does not jump into every photo your group shares.
Can Milo snoop through our old conversations?
Nope. Milo cannot access or scrape messages from before he joined. What happened before Milo stays before Milo.
Will Milo interrupt every conversation?
Absolutely not. Milo replies only when someone mentions him, calls him by name, or replies directly to one of his messages.
How does Milo get to know our group?
As you spend time together, Milo picks up the little things that make your group yours: favorite places, shared interests, recurring plans, inside jokes, legendary fails and stories that make absolutely no sense to outsiders.
Basically, Milo slowly becomes part of the chat, not just another bot in it.
How long are our messages stored?
Raw conversation messages in Milo’s message database are deleted after 14 days. Compact memories needed for Milo to understand and help your group may be retained separately. Operational logs and service providers have their own retention periods. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
What happens to our information?
It stays between your group and Milo. Your conversations are never sold, used for advertising or used for any unrelated purpose. Your group chat is not marketing material.
Can we remove Milo?
Of course. A group administrator can remove Milo at any time, just like any other member. No awkward goodbye speech required.
